Ocean Village Apartments is a facility in the heart of Agia Pellagia, providing a unique relaxing experience. They are ideal for a long vacation as they are only 100 m from the sandy beach and the village offers just about anything you will need, from groceries to nice restaurants and evening cocktails by the sea. Our village facilities consist of 4 apartments a big garden with lawn, trees and flowers and a terrace with sitting area.

Superior Apartments

Our three-bedroom apartment is approximately 100 m2, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor and is ideal for families or big companies. Entering the house, you find yourself in an open-plan living, dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, for those who prefer vacations during the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a long stay: oven, 4 ceramic glass hobs, refrigerator and dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, and finally a small dining table. Exiting the kitchen, you can find a nice patio with a comfortable sitting area and an extra dining area surrounded by trees where you can enjoy your meals.  In addition the houses has two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a bedroom with two single beds, accommodating easily up to six people. All rooms are served by one big bathroom with a double handbasin, a bathtub and a washing machine.

Our two-bedroom apartments are set on the second floor of the building and they are almost identical (50 m2 each). Auf Anfrage können wir zwei zusätzliche Einzelbetten bereitstellen, die vom Schlafzimmer mit einer modernen, schönen Struktur getrennt sind. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, in der Sie bequem Mahlzeiten zubereiten können, und ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Dusche.

Suite open plan (65m2) is fully furnished with every modern convenience, it has a spacious living area with a big couch and we can provide two extra single beds on request separated from the bedroom with a modern beautiful structure. There is a kitchen fully equipped to provide the comfort of being able to cook meals at your own convenience and a full bathroom with a shower.

Die Luxus-Maisonette besteht aus zwei Etagen mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Im Erdgeschoss (85 m2) des Haupthauses gibt es einen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit modernen Geräten, ein praktisches Badezimmer und eine große Tür, die zu einer Terrasse mit einem großen Swimmingpool (60 m2) führt kristallklares Süßwasser. Im Obergeschoss (80 m²) befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Zugang zu einem eigenen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und einen Waschraum mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigen. Die Luxus-Maisonette bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen, aber wenn Sie möchten, können wir auf Anfrage eine Verbindung mit der Suite mit offenem Grundriss herstellen und die Kapazität auf bis zu sechs oder acht Personen erweitern.

Luxury maisonette is composed of two floors with 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor (85 m2) of the main house there is an open plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a convenient bathroom and a large door leading to a terrace with a large swimming pool (60 m2) with crystal clear fresh water. Upstairs (80m2) there are two bedrooms each with access to their own balcony with a stunning view of the sea and the mountain. Both bedrooms are served by a large bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with all the amenities you will need for a long stay. Luxury maisonette can accommodate up to four persons but if you want on request we can connected with the Suite open plan and extend the capacity up to six or eight persons.

Wenn Sie das Haus betreten, finden Sie sich in einem offenen Wohn- und Esszimmer mit offenem Kamin wieder – ideal für diejenigen, die lieber im Winter Urlaub machen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten für einen längeren Aufenthalt: Backofen, 4 Glaskeramikkochfelder, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler, Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und schließlich ein kleiner Esstisch. Wenn Sie die Küche verlassen, finden Sie eine schöne Terrasse mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem zusätzlichen Essbereich, umgeben von Bäumen, wo Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten genießen können. Darüber hinaus verfügen die Häuser über zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Doppelbetten und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, sodass problemlos bis zu sechs Personen Platz finden.
